At all times the menu bar is present. You can edit your profile, jump to a calendar view or list view for the submitted issues and use the search area in the top left to find a particular issue ticket#.

When you first sign in you should see the following table containing information about the current I.T. issues.

After hitting the orange Create New Issue button you should see the following form where you can enter a subject, description, and/or submit a screen shot for the issue. By doing this an auto-email will be sent immediatetly to the assigned service technicians.
