Sort, Search and Keep Track
As soon as you successfully sign in you are immediately directed to a table list for all your unresolved I.T. issues. The resolved issues are hidden by default but can easily be referenced when searching by status.
Sort. Easily sort by ticket#, date, status, subject and author.
Search. You can search by ticket# and filter out by status, subject and author.
Keep Track. At anytime you can view the full details of the issue which includes yours and the technicians responses.
